摘要 本文通过探究导热填料的比例和种类、多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)的表面改性条件以及偶联剂的用量对聚丙烯(PP)热导率的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)、冲击试验机、拉力试验机、热变形-维卡软化点测试仪表征了复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性能。优良配方复合材料的热导率比纯PP提高303%,维卡软化点提高9%,拉伸强度降低18%,冲击强度降低1%。 In this article, the influence of the proportion and types of thermal conductive fillers, the conditions of surface modification of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNT)and the proportion of coupling agent on the thermal conductivity of polypropylene was studied. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM), impact testing machine, tensile testing machine, thermal deformation-Vicar tester were used to investigate the mechanical properties and thermal stability of composite materials. The thermal conductivity of composite reached 0.787 W/(m k), which was larger than pure PP by 303 %. The Vicar Softening Temperature was increased by 9 %. The tensile strength was reduced by 18 %, and the notched impact strength was reduced by 1 %.
