紫外分光光度法测定卫生巾中可迁移性荧光增白剂 被引量:11

摘要 以VBL为标准物质,建立紫外分光光度法测定卫生巾中可迁移荧光增白剂的定量方法。采用紫外分光光度法对15种卫生巾中可迁移荧光增白剂VBL进行检测,测定了方法的线性范围、加标回收率、检出限、定量限和精密度。本测定方法的线性范围为1.0~20.0 mg/L时,定量标准曲线为y=0.0907x+0.001,线性相关系数r为0.9996,加标回收率为98.50%~99.56%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~0.7%,方法的检出限为20.75 mg/kg,定量限为69.16 mg/kg。该法操作简单,且具有较高的精密度和准确度,适用于快速检测卫生巾中可迁移性荧光增白剂的含量。 To establish a quantitative method for the detection of fluorescent whitening agents(FWAS) by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,with VBL as the standard material. The migratory fluorescent whitening agent in 15 kinds of sanitary pad were detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometer method,and the methods of linear range, the average recovery, detection limit, the limit of quantification and precision were determined.The linear range of determination was 1.0-20.0 mg/L, the quantification standard was y=0.0907 x+0.001, with the correlation coefficient(r) of 0.9996, the recoveries were between 98.50 % and 99.56%, the relative standard deviations(RSD) were from 0.3 % to 0.7 %, the limits of detection and quantification were 20.75 mg/kg and 69.16 mg/kg. The method is easy maneuverability and with high precision and accuracy, which is appropriate for the fast determination of the migration of fluorescent whitening agents in sanitary pad.
