摘要 玻色因(Pro-Xylane TM)是一种重要的化妆品原料。本文以木糖为原料,在碱性阴离子交换树脂的作用下与乙酰丙酮反应生成1-C-(β-D-吡喃木糖基)-丙酮,进一步采用硼氢化钠催化还原制备玻色因。该路线反应条件温和,后处理方便,可进一步开发为具有自主知识产权的玻色因生产技术,提升我国化妆品市场的竞争力。 Pro-Xylane TM is an important raw material for cosmetics. In this paper, we reported the synthesis of Pro-Xylane by using xylose as raw material, which reacted with pentanedione to produce 1-((2 S,3 R,4 S,5 R)-3,4,5-trihydroxytetrahydro-2 H-pyran-2-yl)propan-2-one with the aid of alkaline anion exchange resin, and further took place a reduction to form Pro-Xylane under the catalysis of sodium borohydride. This route has a mild reaction condition and convenient work-up. It can be further developed into an advanced production technology with independent property rights, which can enhance the competitiveness of China's cosmetic market.
