海上瓶装饮用水中钙镁含量调查及卫生学探讨

摘要 目的:为了解(海上)瓶装饮用水中钙、镁含量,探讨长期饮用的健康风险,为(海上)饮用水健康安全管理提供依据。方法:按照GB/T5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》和GJB 1335-92《低矿化度饮用水卫生标准》方法,对某海域3个设施瓶装饮用水的溶解性总固体、总硬度、钙、镁进行检测,比较瓶装饮用水与GJB 1335-92《低矿化度饮用水卫生标准》的差异。结果:本次调查中,(海上)瓶装饮用水的溶解性总固体、总硬度、钙、镁含量均低于GJB 1335-92《低矿化度饮用水卫生标准》推荐浓度下限,溶解性总固体含量低于100 mg/L,溶解性总固体和总硬度含量符合GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求。结论:瓶装饮用水存在钙、镁含量偏低的情况,长期饮用钙、镁偏低的饮用水对大众健康可能有影响。建议将瓶装饮用水及其他深度处理的饮用水中钙、镁含量纳入到国家或行业标准中,并采取措施,保障饮用水中钙、镁含量处于适宜水平。 Objective: To explore the calcium and magnesium concentration on Bottled Drinking Water for the Offshore Platform, and the consequences for workers long-term drinking the water. Methods: Total dissolved solids, total hardness, calcium and magnesium concentration in Bottled Drinking Water of 3 Offshore Platforms were detected following "Standard examination methods for drinking water"(GB/T 5750-2006) and "Hygienic standard of mineralization for drinking water with low mineral level"(GJB 1335-92). Then the detection result of Bottled Drinking water for Offshore Platforms were compared with the requirements in "Hygienic standard of mineralization for drinking water with low mineral level"(GJB 1335-92). Results: Total dissolved solids, total hardness, calcium and magnesium concentration in Bottled Drinking Water from 3 Offshore Platforms samples were lower than recommendable concentration in GJB 1335-92. Total dissolved solids was lower than 100 mg/L, while total dissolved solids and total hardness were lower than the largest concentration requirements in "Standards for drinking water quality"(GB 5749-2006). Conclusion: The study suggests that the calcium and magnesium in the Bottled Drinking Water were less than the requirements, and long-term drinking Bottled Drinking Water could cause health risk for people. It was suggested that calcium and magnesium in bottled drinking water and other deep treatment drinking water should be included in the national or industry standard. While measures should be taken to make sure that the calcium and magnesium in drinking water are at an appropriate level.
