涂层防护对金属耐腐蚀性能影响的研究

摘要 在不同的溶液中浸泡不同时间后,表面有涂层和没有涂层的活性金属基材表现出不同的极化或钝化现象,以此对试样的腐蚀行为特性进行研究。试样的耐腐蚀性能随着浸泡时间的进行表现出不同的IE曲线和EIS谱图,有涂层的试样表现出对金属的防护性能,由此可见涂层对于金属的耐腐蚀性能具有极为重要的影响,而且采用不同的涂层种类和工艺可以达到不同的防腐效果,并对本领域的研究提出了展望。 After soaking in different solutions for different periods of time, the coated and uncoated active metal substrates showed different polarization or passivation, and the corrosion behavior of the samples was investigated. The corrosion resistance of the specimens showed different IE curves and EIS spectra as the immersion time progressed. The coated specimens exhibited protective performance against metals. It can be seen that the coatings are extremely resistant to corrosion of metals. The coating has a very important influence on the corrosion resistance of the metal, and different types and processes of coating can achieve different anti-corrosion effects, and put forward a prospect in the field of research.
