摘要 目的:通过改进跌打风湿膏生产工艺,解决产品含量不稳定的问题。方法:通过对现有生产工艺进行试验分析,找到产品水杨酸甲酯含量下降的原因,改进烘道排风装置,选用转移涂布工艺降低干燥温度和时间,运用正交法筛选烘道的工艺参数,并进行三批生产验证,最后确定新工艺。结果:产品水杨酸甲酯含量稳定,减少生产工时。结论:改进后的工艺可行,产品质量稳定。 Objective: to improve the production process of Dieda rheumatism ointment to solve the problem of unstable content. Methods: through the test and analysis of the existing production process, the reasons for the decrease of methyl salicylate content were found out, and the drying temperature and time were reduced by using the transfer coating process. The process parameters of oven were screened by orthogonal method, and three batches of production verification were carried out, and the new process was finally determined. Results: the content of methyl salicylate was stable and the production time was reduced. Conclusion: the improved technology is feasible and the product quality is stable.
