试论液氨储罐泄漏事故模拟分析及安全对策措施 被引量:8

摘要 本文吸取上海"831"液氨泄漏事故的经验教训,以某冷冻厂6个液氨储罐(单个容积为5 m3)为例,利用《重大危险源部位定量风险评价软件V1.0》预测单个液氨储罐泄漏后引发中毒扩散事故进行定量计算。定量计算爆炸事故的伤害半径范围,并提出相应应急对策措施,为中毒预防和抢险救援战斗提供现实的指导意义。 This paper draws lessons from the "831" liquid ammonia leakage accident in Shanghai, taking 6 liquid ammonia tanks(a single volume of 5 m3) in a refrigerating plant as an example. A quantitative risk assessment software V1.0 is used to predict the poisoning and diffusion accidents caused by the leakage of a single liquid ammonia tank. The damage radius range of explosion accidents is quantitatively calculated, and corresponding emergency countermeasures are put forward, which will provide practical guidance for poisoning prevention and emergency rescue operations.
