Impact of Pipeline Adiabatic Heat Preservation on Operation in Petrochemical Enterprises

介绍石化企业蒸汽等较高温度的管道绝热保温的计算方法,从热能价格入手,举例说明采用"经济厚度"和最大允许散热损失值方法计算保温层厚度,并对其结果进行了简单对比,对企业内部远端输送中注意的问题进行了分析,探讨了绝热保温的主要影响因素在生产运行中应引起的注意事项。

This paper introduces the calculation method of thermal insulation of pipeline at higher temperature, such as steam in petrochemical enterprises. Starting from the price of thermal energy, the thickness of thermal insulation layer is calculated by the method of ＂economic thickness＂ and the maximum allowable heat loss value, and the result is simply compared. The problems of attention in the remote transportation within the enterprise were analyzed and the precautions that should be caused in the production and operation of the main influencing factors of insulation were discussed.
