石化装置大型厂房的防雷和接地设计探讨 被引量:2

摘要 石油化工装置中的大型厂房如压缩机厂房、主风机厂房等属于装置中的主要生产建筑物,此类场所一般属于敞开式、半敞开式的结构形式。现行规范中对此类建筑并没有明确的防雷设计划分标准,另外此类厂房一般处在爆炸危险区域内,一旦厂房遭受雷击,可能会引起火灾甚至爆炸,危及设备运行和人身安全,对石油化工企业造成潜在危害。本文对石化装置中的大型厂房进行防雷和接地分析研究,并通过实际工程项目说明设计中应注意的事项,最后给出工程设计中需要注意的问题和建议。 The large-scale factory buildings in petrochemical plant, such as compressor and main wind compressor factory building, belong to the main production buildings, and this kind of place usually belongs to open, semi open structure. In current code, there is no clear criterion for the design of lightning protection for such buildings. In addition, this kind of factory building is generally in explosion hazardous area. Once the factory building is struck by lightning, it may cause fire or even explosion, endangers the operation of equipment and personal safety, and causes potential harm to the petrochemical plant. This paper analyze the lightning protection and earthing of large factory building in petrochemical plant, and illustrates the matters needing attention in the engineering design through practical project. Finally, it gives problems and suggestions to be paid attention in the engineering design.
