摘要
通过使用原子吸收光度计与ICP-MS测定水质中铬的含量,分别从标准曲线、线性相关系数、方法检出限、加标回收率、测试样品的精密度、准确度等方面进行实验,比较两台仪器测试的优劣。原子吸收光度计与ICP-MS测定水质铬的结果显示:都能准确测试水质中总铬的含量;从排废这个角度来说,使用ICP-MS相对环保一些;从分析速度上来讲,两台仪器不相上下由上;从所用气体的角度来分析,ICPMS所使用气体的危险系数低,使用者应该根据自己的实验情况去衡量选用仪器设备。
The content of chromium in water was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and ICP MS. The experiments were catTied out from standard curve, linear correlation coefficient, detection limit, standard recovery rate, precision and accuracy of the sample, etc. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two instruments, the results of atomic absorption spectrophotometer and ICP MS show that both of them can accurately measure the content of total chromium in water quality, and from the point of view of waste discharge, the use of ICP MS is relatively environmentally friendly. In terms of analytical speed, the two instruments are equal to each other, and the risk coefficient of the gas that used in ICP-MS is lower than that used in the atomic absorption spcctrophotometer The user should measure and select the instrument according to the sample and experimental conditions.
