化工原理新型传热实验装置

摘要 新传热实验装置增加了风冷冷凝器装置,可使换热过程剩余的蒸汽返回蒸汽发生器中,水可循环利用,并且节约了热量;新装置的蒸汽发生器与旧装置比,缩小了体积,并且补水及时,产生水蒸气时间也大大缩短。同时,该新型传热装置可通过计算机程序运行完成整个实验的调节控制,计算机系统自动对实验数据进行采集、处理以及图像生成。 The content of chromium in water was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and ICP MS. The experiments were carried out from standard curve, linear correlation coefficient, detection limit, standard recovery rate, precision and accuracy of the sample, etc. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two instruments, the results of atomic absorption spectrophotometer and ICP MS show that both of them can accurately measure the content of total chromium in water quality, and from the point of view of waste discharge, the use of ICP MS is relatively environmentally friendly. In terms of analytical speed, the two instruments are equal to each other, and the risk coefficient of the gas that used in ICP-MS is lower than that used in the atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The user should measure and select the instrument according to the sample and experimental conditions.
