我国户外运动俱乐部经营困境及发展策略研究——以辽宁省为例 被引量:3

Research on the Management Difficulty and Development Strategy of Chinese Outdoor Clubs——Taking Liaoning Province as the Example

摘要 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,以辽宁省户外运动俱乐部的经营现状和经营困境为例进行分析,研究发现我国户外俱乐部普遍存在经营形式单一、市场开发不足、缺乏专业人才、待遇低、市场发展与管理不规范、户外安全意识低等现状问题,进而提出两位一体模式、全方位开发市场、加强安全管理规范、强化俱乐部年审制度和资质认证体系、强化市场资源共享等策略,更好地为我国户外运动市场发展提供有价值的指导与支持。 This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics. Taking Liaoning province as an example,it analyzes outdoor clubs' management situation and difficulties. The study found some problems,such as the single management style,lack of market development,lack of professional talents,low treatment,lack of standardization of market development and management,and low outdoor safety consciousness,and so on. It puts forward two integration mode,the all-round development of the market,to strengthen the safety management specification,to strengthen the club annual evaluation system and qualification certification system,to strengthen market resource sharing strategy,in order to provide better valuable guidance and support for outdoor market development in our country.
