摘要
对12名足球运动员的测试结果表明,在65%VO_(2max)强度运动时,唾液皮质醇可替代血浆皮质醇监测运动中肾上腺皮质功能的变化。
12 football players with a average age of 23yrs and the weight of 65kgs volunteered to participate in thestudy. At 8 AM, the subjects exercised on a bicycle ergometer at 65% of their VO_2 max for 10 minutes. 9serial matched samples of salivary and antecubital vein blood were obtained before exercise (O'), after 10',20', 30', 40', 50', 60', 90', and 120' of exercise. Salivary and plasma cortisol levels were determined bydirect radioimmunoassay. Significant linear correlations were obtained between plasma and salivary cortisol(r=0.813, n=108, p<0.001), plasma cortisol and plasma lactic acid (r=0.462, n=72, p<0.001), sali-vary cortisol and plasma lactic acid (r=0.593, n=72, p<0.001). The results of this experiment indicatedthat salivary cortisol can be measured by simple, direct radioimmunoassay and the magnitude of fluctuationof cortisol level in saliva was apparently greater than that in plasma samples during the exercise. Themethod is useful for assessing adrenocortical function and provides more valuable data on the study of psy-chological and physiological stress of exercise. A possibility arises that adrenocortical activity is related, atleast, to the plasma lactic acid in intense exercise.
