摘要 针对ZDL-C35W电磁流量计在偏心分注井测试过程中存在的问题:一是ZDL-C35W电磁流量计扶正器下井时三个弹簧片成张开状态,仪器在下放过程中弹簧片始终与油管内壁摩擦,造成仪器下放阻力大,弹簧片易磨损,扶正效果不好,影响了测试成果质量和细分注水的精准性。二是流量计与配重杆连接方式为丝扣连接,仪器总体长度达到了2m左右,操作工人井口取放仪器困难,存在着安全隐患。为此一方面对ZDL-C35W电磁流量计扶正器进行了结构上的改进,另一方面研制了流量计与配重杆快速连接装置,经现场应用,效果良好,有很好的推广应用价值。 In view of the existing ZDL-C35 W electromagnetic flowmeter in the eccentric injection well test in the process of the problem: one is ZDL-C35 W electromagnetic flowmeter centralizer well three spring open states, spring in the instrument in the process of decentralization and tubing wall friction sheet is always caused by the instrument, decentralization of resistance, spring effect is not easy to wear, righting well, the effect of precision injection quality and test results of segmentation. Two is the flow meter and the counterweight rod connection for the threaded connection, the instrument overall length is about 2 m, the operation workers wellhead instruments and difficulties, there are security risks. On the one hand, we improved the structure of ZDL-C35 W electromagnetic flowmeter centralizer. On the other hand, we developed a quick connection device for flowmeter and counterweight rod. After field application, the effect is good, and it has good popularization and application value.
