红外低温监测技术在低温物品查验中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索红外低温监测技术在口岸检疫查验现场的应用条件,加强对生物材料和特殊物品的监管。方法用不同温度的冷藏水模拟低温物品,用研发的红外低温监测系统在不同距离、高度、角度进行检测,计算报警误差值,分析低温物品的实际温度、距离、高度及角度对红外低温监测系统的测量效果影响,探究各因素的影响规律及各因素间的交互作用。结果模拟低温物品的实际温度越低,或测量距离越大,或偏移探头角度越大,系统报警误差值越大。模拟物品的实际温度、距离及角度对低温监测系统的测量值影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),高度对测量值影响无统计学意义(F=1.68,P>0.05);物品实际温度、距离、高度及角度4个因素之间的交互效应无统计学意义(F=0.32,P>0.05)。结论红外低温监测技术可实现对旅客携带低温物品的监测。 Objective To explore the application conditions of low-temperature infrared monitoring technology in in-spection and quarantine field,and to strengthen the supervision of biological materials and special items. Methods The chilled water with different temperature was used to simulate low-temperature items. The temperature of the chilled water was measured by the low-temperature infrared monitoring system self-developed from different distance,height and angle. The error value was calculated. The effect factors such as the actual temperature,and measure distance,high and angle of the chilled water had been analyzed. Meanwhile,the interaction of all the factors was observed. Results The lower the actual temperature of low-temperature items,or the greater the measured distance,or the greater measure angle,the greater error value was obtained. The differences in error value among different actual temperature of items,distance and angle was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). The differences in error value among different height wasn't statistically significant(F=1.68,P 〉0.05).There was no statistical significance in the interaction among all the 4 factors(F=0.32,P〉 0.05). Conclusion The low-temperature infrared monitoring technology could achieve the monitor-ing of low-temperature materials.
