2014—2015年甘肃省朝觐人群慢性病患病情况分析

The prevalence of chronic diseases of Pilgrim in Gansu,2014-2015

目的分析甘肃口岸朝觐人员高血压等慢性病的患病情况,为甘肃地区朝觐人员的健康指导提供依据。方法对2014—2015年甘肃口岸朝觐人员进行常规体格检查,统计分析血糖、血压、腹部B超和心电图的检查结果。结果 2014—2015年,在甘肃国际旅行卫生保健中心体检的6 109名朝觐人员中,空腹血糖异常2 796例,检出率45.77%;高血压2 527例,检出率41.37%;腹部B超检查异常1 111例,检出率18.19%;心电图异常578例,检出率9.46%。统计分析发现,不同性别及不同年龄高血压等慢性病检出率差异有统计学意义,年龄越大,检出率越高。结论在今后朝觐人员体检工作中应重点关注出国朝觐人员的慢性病患病情况,为朝觐人员的健康管理提供指导。

Objective To understand the prevalence of chronic diseases,such as hypertension among Pilgrims at Gansu port,and to provide the evidence for health guidance of Pilgrims in Gansu. Methods The physical examination including blood glucose,blood pressure,abdominal ultrasound and electrocardiogram was conducted for Pilgrims,2014-2015. The examination results were analyzed. Results There were 6 109 Pilgrims who were physically examined at Gansu International Travel Healthcare Center,2 796 cases with impaired blood glucose among them,with the detection rate was 45.77%,2 527 cases of hypertension,the detection rate was 41.37%,1 111 and 578 cases of abdominal ultrasound and electrocardiogram,the detection rate was 18.19% and 9.46%,respectively. Statistical analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the detection rate between different genders and ages group. The detection rate of each chronic disease was positively correlated with age. Conclusion It is suggested that should pay more attention to the prevalence of chronic diseases in the Pilgrims went abroad,provide the corresponding guidance on the health management for them in the future.
