福建地区船员腹部超声检查结果分析

Ultrasonographic analysis of crews at Fujian area

目的分析腹部超声检查在福建地区船员健康体检中的价值。方法对福建地区船员进行肝、胆、脾、双肾超声检查,依据超声医学声像图和彩色多普勒血流情况对检查结果做出诊断。结果 2012年5月—2015年4月,对福建地区13 787人次船员进行肝、胆、脾、双肾超声检查,检出脂肪肝、肾囊肿、胆囊息肉样变等异常15种共4188例(检出率为30.4%)。55~60岁年龄组检出率最高(63.1%),最低为20~25岁年龄组(11.2%)。结论超声检查在船员健康体检中能及时发现疾病,为早期诊疗提供可靠依据。

Objective To understand the application of ultrasonography in physical examination of crews at Fujian area. Methods The liver,gallbladder,spleen and renal ultrasonography was conducted for the crews at Fujian area.The ultrasonic and color doppler blood flow figures were analyzed. Results Through the ultrasound examination of liver,gallbladder,spleen and kidneys of 13 787 crews,4 188 cases of 15 kinds of diseases including fatty liver,cyst of kidney,polypoid lesion of gallbladder（detection rate was 30.4%） were detected,May 2012 to April 2015 in Fujian area. Conclusion It is important for the application of ultrasonography in crews health examination,which could provide reliable guidance for the early diagnosis and treatment.
