不同固化剂对环氧模塑料性能的影响

摘要 以邻甲酚环氧树脂为基体树脂,线性苯酚树脂(PN)、多官能团酚醛树脂(MFN)、多环芳烃酚醛树脂(MAR)三种固化剂为研究对象,采用单一变量法,通过改变固化剂的种类和含量,分析不同固化剂对环氧模塑料(EMC)性能的影响。采用毛细流变仪测试EMC的粘度,万能测试机、恒温加热板测试其螺旋流动长度和凝胶化时间,以及利用差热扫描量热仪(DSC)分析EMC的固化行为。结果表明:不同的固化剂以及固化剂量对EMC的螺旋流动长度(SF)、凝胶化时间(GT)、粘度、热硬度、固化行为有着重要的影响。 In this paper, the three kinds of curing agents of the epoxy resin with ortho-methyl resin as matrix resin, linear phenol resins, multifunctional phenolic resins and polycyclic aromatic phenolic resin were studied. By changing the type and content of curing agent, the effects of different curing agents on epoxy molding properties were analyzed with single variable method. Using capillary rheometer to test EMC viscosity, universal tester and thermostatic heating plate to test its spiral flow length and gelation time, and to use differential thermal scanning calorimetry to analyze epoxy molding compound' s curing behavior. The results showed that different curing agents and curing doses had important influence on epoxy molding compound spiral flow length, gelation time, viscosity, thermal hardness and curing behavior.
