特朗普贸易保护政策对国内中小微外贸企业的影响相对较大，主要通过贸易壁垒、融资压力、人民币汇率升值等方面削弱中小微外贸企业竞争力，同时外汇市场大幅波动也将加大外贸企业汇兑损失。文章建议，商业银行作为国内重要的信用中介部门，需要在平衡风险的基础上，从资金融通、汇率避险、信息和培训支持等方面加强对中小外贸企业的支持。

Trump＇s protectionist trade policy has a relatively large impact on small and medium sized and micro （SMEs） foreign trade enterprises, and weakens their competitiveness mainly through trade barriers, financing pressures and the appreciation of the RMB. Drastic fluctuations in the FX market may also increase the exchange loss of foreign trade enterprises. The paper suggests that commercial banks, as an important credit intermediary sector, need to strengthen their support for foreign trade SMEs in terms of financing, exchange rate risk aversion, and information and training support on the basis of balancing out financial risks
