截至2018年4月末，40家（A＋H股）上市银行全部披露了2017年度的财务报告，其中有37家银行披露了理财业务的相关数据。文章对这37家银行披露的理财数据及理财业务内容进行深入分析，按银行机构类别，从理财规模及构成、理财收入贡献及净利率等方面回顾了金融严监管趋势下银行理财业务的格局变化，探讨了资管新规下银行理财业务的发展趋势。

As of end-April 2018, 40 （A＋H Shares） listed banks have disclosed their 2017 annual financial reports, among which 37 banks disclosed their wealth management related data. The paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the data and business content of the wealth management services disclosed by these 37 banks. According to the category of banking institutions, it reviews the structural changes of the bank wealth management business under the tighter financial supervision in terms of the wealth management scale ＆ composition, its contribution to banks＇ income and the net profit rate of wealth management, and discusses the development trend under the new regulations on asset management.
