2型糖尿病患者血清25–羟基维生素D3与胰岛素敏感性的相关性研究

The Relationship Between Serum 25(OH)D3 and Insulin Sensitivity in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

目的:观察2型糖尿病患者血清25–羟基维生素D3(25(OH)D3)水平和及胰岛素敏感性的关系。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年5月广州医科大学附属第二医院确诊2型糖尿病患者120例,检测血清中25(OH)D3含量、生化指标、空腹胰岛素,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA–IR)、胰岛素敏感指数(IAI),分析2型糖尿病患者25(OH)D3水平和胰岛素敏感性的相关性。结果:(1)2型糖尿病患者血清25(OH)D3水平存在不同程度改变;(2)患者25(OH)D3和IR以及IAI呈负相关;线性回归分析提示25(OH)D3可能是是IR和IAI的影响因素。结论:2型糖尿病患者体内25(OH)D3与胰岛素敏感性密切相关,可以作为胰岛素抵抗的独立预测指标。

Objective To explore the relationship between vitamin D and insulin sensitivity in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2012 to May 2014, 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were diagnosed in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. Serum 25（OH）D3 levels, biochemical parameters, fasting insulin, and insulin resistance index（HOMA–IR） were measured. The insulin sensitivity index（IAI） was used to analyze the association between 25（OH）D3 levels and insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 diabetes. Results（1） The levels of serum 25（OH）D3 in patients with type 2 diabetes were changed to different degrees;（2） 25（OH）D3 was negatively correlated with IR and IAI; linear regression analysis suggested that 25（OH）D3 may be IR and IAI influencing factors. Conclusion [25（OH）D3]was closely related with type 2 diabetes in T2DM and could act as an independent predicating factor for insulin resistance.
