一种简易焊枪夹持架

A simple welding torch clamping frame

针对气体绝缘金属封闭式组合电器(GIS)设备上的基础元件,筒体的两端与圆环形法兰的焊接中属人工操作,这种方法存在劳动强度大、生产效率低、安全环保性差等几方面的问题。为此,根据自动焊机的焊枪夹持结构形式和工作原理,设计制造出一种简易实用的焊枪夹持支架,用来代替焊工实现焊接过程中对焊枪的夹持,改善了焊工的焊接作业条件。

Aiming at the basic components of gas insulated metal enclosed electrical equipment（ GIS）,welding of both cylinder shell ends and circular flange is of manual operation,the method has problems of intense labor,low efficiency,poor environmental security and so on. According to the welding torch clamping structure and working principle of automatic welding machine,design and manufacture a kind of simple and practical welding torch clamping bracket,instead of welding torch clamping of welders in welding process,improve welder welding operation conditions.
