基于CFD的直槽钻冷却通道流场仿真分析

摘要 建立了直槽钻冷却通道流场的CFD仿真模型,对不同油孔结构直槽钻加工的冷却效果进行了数值模拟和试验验证。结果表明:在一定条件下,内冷孔孔径越大,油孔圆心连线与前刀面夹角越小的结构冷却效果越好,反之,冷却效果越差。 The CFD simulation model of flow field about the coolant of straight flute drill is designed,numerical simulation and experimental verification on cooling effect of straight flute drilling with different oil hole structures were carried out. The results indicates that under certain conditions,the bigger oil hole diameter,the smaller angle between the rake face and the line which on-line the center of the oil hole,the better cooling effect;conversely,the worse cooling effect.
