摘要 针对陀螺仪环盖薄壁难加工问题,利用现有加工设备,设计专用夹具、制定合适的加工工艺,避免了力、热、振动变形对环盖加工造成的影响,保证了产品合格率,极大提高了经济效益,减少了对高性能机床的依赖,且在同类工件加工中具有一定的推广价值。 The gyroscope annular plate thin-walled structure is difficult to machine of,the use of existing processing equipment,special fixture design and processing technology to develop appropriately,avoid the influence of force and heat and vibration on the processing result,ensure the qualification rate of products,greatly improe the economic efficiency,reduce the dependence on the high performance of the machine tool,and has certain applied value to similar parts processing.
