摘要
结合工厂运行实际,对ENSHU卧式加工中心MARPOSS工件测量系统硬件故障进行分析并排除,对维修过程存在的新问题进行分析,采取措施,使故障得到有效解决,提高了工厂效益,为同行业人员解决同类问题提供参考。
In this paper,combined with the actual operation of factories,breakdowns of hardware of measurement system for workpieces on ENSHU horizontal machining center are analyzed and addressed. The new problems existing in the maintenance process are analyzed and measures are taken to effectively solve the problems. It improves the efficiency of the factory and provides reference for the same industry personnel to solve the similar problems.
