财务预算管理是一项与企业经济效益直接挂钩的工作，一旦该工作出现问题，必将影响企业的进一步发展。对此，企业相关负责人必须要给予高度重视，通过提高财务预算管理水平，推动企业的长效发展。文章就企业财务预算管理中存在的问题及解决对策进行研究分析，以供参考和借鉴。
