摘要
目的:研究番泻叶中番泻苷A和B的最佳提取条件。方法:建立同时测定番泻苷A和番泻苷B含量的标准,以番泻总苷的含量为指标,采用单因素实验考察提取溶剂、药材粒度和提取次数对番泻苷提取率的影响。在此基础上,采用正交实验法,对影响提取的各种因素进行研究。结果:番泻叶中番泻苷的最佳提取工艺为10倍剂量50%乙醇加热浸泡2次,每次浸提20 min。结论:优化后的工艺合理且稳定可行,可为番泻叶颗粒的研究和实际生产提供依据。
Objective: To establish an optimum extraction condition of sennoside A and B from Senna.Methods: For simultaneous determination of sennoside A and sennoside B content,the content of total sennoside as the index. Single factor test was used to investigate the effect of extraction solvent,particle size and extraction times on the extraction rate. On this basis,the orthogonal experimental method was adopted to evaluate various factors influencing extraction. Results: The best extraction process for Senna sennosides was 10 times the dose,and 50%ethanol refluxing for 2 times(20 min for each time). Conclusion: The optimized process is reasonable,stable and feasible,which can provide the basis for the research and production of Senna granules.
