凝胶渗透色谱法测定墨粉树脂的相对分子质量及其分布 被引量:3

摘要 建立了以窄分布聚苯乙烯为标样,通过凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)测定两大常见墨粉用树脂苯丙树脂和聚酯树脂的相对分子质量及其分布的方法,同时进行了精密度实验和重复性实验,并考察了样品浓度对测量结果的影响。结果表明,最佳样品浓度为6-10 mg/mL,该方法重复性好,准确度高,快速有效,能够测量具有较宽分布的树脂分子质量。 A method for the determination of the molecular weight and distribution of two common toner resins styrene-acrylic resin and polyester resin by gel permeation chromatography(GPC) was established using narrow distribution polystyrene as a standard sample. At the same time,precision experiments and repetitive experiments were performed,and the influence of sample concentration on the measurement results was examined. The results showed that the best sample concentration was 6-10 mg/m L. This method had good reproducibility,high accuracy,rapid and effective. It could measure the molecular weight of resin with a broad molecular weight distribution.
