谈《伤寒论纵横》“六气辨证”

Syndrome Differentiotion in Accordance with the Six Qi in Discussion About Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases

清以前大多研究《伤寒论》的学者都谈到了运气学说,把运气学说的"三阴三阳"精神贯穿其中。阎钧天先生《伤寒论纵横》一书贯穿两个中心思想,其一,《伤寒论》是疾病总论,是方法论,是对一切疾病进行辨证论治的纲领性全书;其二,《伤寒论》本身倡导的是"六气辨证",而不是"六经辨证"。在此,阎钧天先生用"六气辨证"阐释《伤寒论》,用五运六气学说否定"六经辨证",而倡导"六气辨证"之说,来还原《伤寒论》的本来面目。给研究《伤寒论》提供了新思路和新方法。

Before the Qing Dynasty,most scholars of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases talked about the doctrine on five elements motion and six kinds of natural factors,and run through the ＂ three yin and three yang＂ spirit in it. The book of Mr. Yan Juntian＇s Discussion About Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases runs through two central ideas. First,Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases is the pandect and methodology of disease,a methodology and a comprehensive book of syndrome differentiation and treatment of all diseases. Second,Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases itself advocates syndrome differentiation of febrile diseases in accordance with the six qi rather than syndrome differentiation of febrile diseases in accordance with the six meridians. At this point,Mr.Yan Jun-tian explained Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases by using syndrome differentiation of febrile diseases in accordance with the six qi rather than syndrome differentiation of febrile diseases in accordance with the six meridians which has been accepted for thousands of years in order to restore the original aspect of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.
