复方青山健心片治疗室性过早搏动痰火扰心证80例

Eighty Cases of Ventricular Premature Beats of Phlegm-Fire Disturbing the Heart Treated with Qingshan Jianxin Tablets

目的:观察复方青山健心片治疗室性过早搏动(室性早搏)的临床疗效。方法:将140例室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组60例。治疗组口服复方青山健心片治疗,对照组口服稳心颗粒。观察两组患者治疗前后24 h早搏发生次数,比较两组患者中医证候疗效及单项症状临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后室性早搏数量明显少于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后两组患者室性早搏次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医证候疗效:治疗组有效率为80%,对照组有效率为75%,两组患者中医证候疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单项临床症状疗效:治疗组心悸、失眠两项单项症状有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在易惊、胸闷、心烦、头晕、失眠、大便干等其他症状上,治疗组的疗效与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方青山健心片治疗室性早搏痰火扰心证临床疗效与稳心颗粒相当。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingshan Jianxin Tablets(QSJXT） on ventricular premature beats.Methods： One hundred and forty patients with ventricular premature beats were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 80 cases and 60 cases respectively in each group,the ones in the control group took stable heart particles orally. The number of 24 h premature beats before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the curative effect of TCM syndrome and the clinical effect of single symptom were compared between the two groups. Results： The number of ventricular premature beats in the two groups after the treatment was significantly fewer than that before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05）,but there was no significant difference in the number of ventricular premature beats between the two groups after the treatment(P〉0. 05）. In terms of efficacy of TCM syndrome： the effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the effective rate of the control group was 75%. There was no significant difference in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P〉0. 05）. In terms of efficacy of individual clinical symptoms： In the treatment group,two single symptoms of palpitation,insomnia rate were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 05）,and the differences in easy fright,chest tightness,dizziness,upset,insomnia,dry stool and other symptoms between the treatment group and the control group,were not statistically significant(P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： CQSJXT has the same clinical curative effect on ventricular premature beats of phlegm-fire disturbing the heart as stable heart particles does.
