项针配合舌针治疗中风后假性球麻痹吞咽功能障碍30例

Sixty Cases of Pseudo Bular Palsy Swallowing Dysfunction After Apoplexy Treated with Nape Acupuncture in Combination with Tongue Acupuncture

目的:观察项针配合舌针对中风后假性球麻痹吞咽功能障碍患者洼田饮水试验评分的影响。方法:将项针配合舌针治疗中风后假性球麻痹吞咽功能障碍60例患者随机分为项针加舌针组和舌针组,每组各30例。项针加舌针组取穴:风池、颈夹脊、哑门、廉泉、聚泉、海泉、金津、玉液,舌针组取穴:廉泉、聚泉、海泉、金津、玉液,每日治疗1次,每周治疗6次,两组均以4周为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后洼田饮水试验评分。结果:两组患者治疗后洼田饮水试验评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:项针加舌针和舌针均能有效改善患者的吞咽功能障碍;项针加舌针在改善患者的吞咽功能障碍上要优于舌针,且远期疗效也要优于舌针。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of nape acupuncture in combination with tongue acupuncture on pseudo bular palsy swallowing dysfunction after apoplexy. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly divided into the nape acupuncture plus tongue acupuncture group and the tongue acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group. The selected points in the nape acupuncture plus tongue acupuncture group included Fengchi(GB 20）,Jingjiaji(Ex-B 2）,Yamen(GV 15）,Lianquan(CV23）,Juquan(Ex-HN 10）,Haiquan(Ex-HN 11）,Jinjin(Ex-HN 12）,Yuye(Ex-HN 13）. The selected points in the tongue acupuncture group include Lianquan(CV 23）,Juquan(Ex-HN 10）,Haiquan(Ex-HN 11）,Jinjin(Ex-HN 12）,Yuye(ExHN 13）. Once a day,6 times a week,and the two groups were treated for 4 weeks as one course. The two groups＇ water swallowing test scores before and after the treatment were observed. Results： In terms of water swallowing test score,the difference before and after the treatment in each group was statistically significant(P〈0. 01）,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Both the nape acupuncture plus tongue acupuncture group and the tongue acupuncture group can effectively improve the patient＇ s swallowing dysfunction. The nape acupuncture plus tongue acupuncture group in the improvement of the patient＇s swallowing dysfunction is better than the tongue acupuncture group,and its long-term effect is also better than that of the tongue acupuncture group.
