探讨愈肺宁方对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸困难指数的影响

Exploration of Influence of Yufeining Decoction on Dyspnea Index of Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease by Using Complex Measurement Analysis of Variance

目的:运用重复测量方差分析,探讨愈肺宁方对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)患者呼吸困难指数的影响。方法:将57例患者随机分为对照组27例和治疗组30例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用愈肺宁方治疗。于治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月进行Brog指数评分测定。采用重复测量方差分析方法分析愈肺宁方对稳定期COPD患者呼吸困难指数的影响。结果:两组患者治疗前后不同时间Brog指数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组Brog指数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者Borg指数在治疗前最高,在治疗后1个月最低,然后随时间的增加Borg指数呈上升趋势。治疗前两组之间Borg指数比较,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.114,P=0.270),其余各时间点均以对照组Borg指数较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:愈肺宁方可以降低稳定期COPD患者呼吸困难指数。

Objective： To explore Influence of Yufeining Decoction(YFND） on dyspnea index of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD）. Methods： Fifty-seven patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 27 cases and 30 cases in each group respectively.. The ones in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the ones in the treatment group were additionally treated with YFND on the basis of the control group.Then the influence of YFND on dyspnea index of patients with stable COPD was analyzed by complex measurement analysis of variance. Results： The difference of Brog index between the two groups before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the Brog index in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05）. The Borg indexes of the two groups were the highest before the treatment,and the lowest after one month＇s treatment. After that,the Borg index increased with time. There was no significant difference in the Borg index between the two groups before the treatment(t =-1. 114,P = 0. 270）,and the rest time-points were higher in the control group(P〈0. 001）. Conclusion： YFND can reduce the dyspnea index of stable COPD patients.
