大剂量白术临床应用现状

Clinical Application of Large Dose of Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephala

白术在常规剂量6~12 g下,可补气健脾、燥湿利水、止汗安胎,但"中医的不传之谜在于剂量",同样的药物,不同剂量,药效迥然,当白术用量大于30 g时,结合辨证论治及整体观念,对肝病、胃病、便秘、腰痛、胸腔积液、妇科病等多种疾病疗效更显著。自发现大剂量白术治疗临床各类常见疾病效果显著后,关于白术治肝病、胃病、便秘、腰痛等病证的研究不断深入,大量的文献记载及临床验证表明,大剂量白术在临床应用是有一定价值且值得研究的。

Under the routine dose of 6 ~ 12 g,Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae） can replenish qi and activate the spleen,dry dampness and promote dieresis,prevent perspiration and miscarriage. But ＂ the mystery of traditional Chinese medicine is dose＂. The same drugs,different doses have widely different effect. When the dosage is more than 30 g,combined with the syndrome differentiation and overall concept,liver disease,stomach disease,constipation,lumbago,pleural effusion,gynecologic and so on can be treated effectively. Since ancient times,a large dose of Baizhu has been found to be effective in the treatment of various common diseases. The research on the treatment of liver disease,stomach disease,constipation and lumbago has been deepened. A large number of documents and clinical tests show that the large dose of Baizu is of value in clinical application.
