摘要
目前,钛及钛合金管材在航空航天、石油化工、电站、生物医疗等领域得到广泛应用。本文详细总结分析了钛合金无缝管材的研制及应用现状。对钛合金无缝管的主要制备工艺进行了详细介绍,探讨了影响钛合金管材质量的主要因素和控制缺陷的措施。对制约钛合金无缝管材广泛应用的要素进行了阐述。
At present, titanium and its alloy tubes are widely used in aviation, aerospace, petrochemical industry, power plants, biological medicine and other fields. The development and application status of titanium alloy seamless tube was summarized and analyzed in detail. The main preparation process of titanium alloy seamless tube was introduced in detail. The main factors affecting the quality of titanium alloy tubes and the measures to control defects were discussed. The factors restricting the wide application of titanium alloy seamless tube were expounded.
