摘要
镀锌钢作为一种耐腐蚀的材料被广泛应用于工业领域。本文对镀锌钢同种板材(镀锌钢-镀锌钢)、异种板材(镀锌钢-1420铝锂合金和镀锌钢-TAl钛合金)进行了压印连接,研究了镀锌钢同种异种板材压印接头的力学性能。通过拉伸-剪切试验,分析了镀锌钢压印接头的成形、失效形式、载荷承载能力、能量吸收值等。结果表明:经过拉伸-剪切试验后,镀锌钢同种板材压印接头的失效位移、拉伸强度和能量吸收值都优于异种板材。
Galvanized steel is widely used in industry as a kind of corrosion resistant material. The similar galvanized steel sheet(galvanized steel-galvanized steel), dissimilar sheets(galvanized steel-1420 aluminum lithium alloy and galvanized steel-TAl titanium alloy) were clinched. The mechanical properties of clinched joints of similar and dissimilar galvanized steel sheets were researched. The forming, failure mode, capacity of load bearing and energy absorption of the clinched joint of galvanized steel were analyzed by tensile-shear test. The results show that the tensile failure displacement, tensile strength and energy absorption value of similar galvanized steel are better than those of the dissimilar sheets after tensile-shear test.
