多向锻造对NiTiNb9合金组织和形状记忆效应的影响

摘要 对Ni Ti Nb9合金进行了不同道次的多向锻造,研究了晶粒尺寸大小、第二相分布的变化,以及其对合金硬度和形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明:Ni Ti Nb9合金经过不同道次的多向锻造后,组织和硬度都发生了改变,合金硬度随着多向锻造道次的增加而增大;经3道次多向锻造后,合金晶粒呈纤维状,晶粒度最小,第二相分布最均匀,形状记忆效应最优良。 The multidirectional forging with different passes was carried out. The change of the distribution of grain size and second phase of Ni Ti Nb9 alloy, and the effect of the change on the hardness and shape memory effect were investigated.The results show that after the multidirectional forging with different passes, the microstructure and the hardness of the Ni Ti Nb9 alloy change. The hardness of the alloy increases with the multidirectional forging pass increasing. After the multidirectional forging with three passes, the alloy grains are fibrous, the grain size is the smallest, the second phase distribution is the most homogeneous, and the shape memory effect is the best.
