初始晶粒度对30Cr2Ni4MoV钢变形+正火处理后晶粒大小的影响

摘要 以不同初始晶粒度(未粗化和粗化)的30Cr2Ni4Mo V钢为对象,研究了正火处理对经过5%、15%、25%、35%、45%、55%压缩变形后试样晶粒度的影响。结果表明,对于不同初始晶粒度的材料,经变形+正火处理900℃保温时间0.5h后,变形后试样的晶粒均比相同初始状态未变形试样的要细小。当保温5 h时,变形试样的晶粒度趋于一致。不同初始晶粒度的试样经变形+正火处理后,在其晶粒度-变形量曲线上存在初始晶粒大小影响敏感区,随保温时间的延长,敏感区范围扩大,其向大变形量方向移动,当保温时间为5 h时,初始晶粒度的影响基本消除。 Taking 30 Cr2 Ni4 Mo V steel with different initial grain size(uncoarsening and coarsening) as the object, the effects of normalizing treatment on the grain size of the specimen after the compression deformation(5%, 15%, 25%, 35%,45%, 55%) were studied. The results show that for the materials with different initial grain sizes, the grain size of the samples treated by deformation+normalizing at 900℃ for 0.5 h is smaller than that of the undeformed samples in the same initial state.After holding for 5 h, the grain size of the deformed specimens tends to be the same. After deforming +normalizing, the samples with different initial grain size have an initial grain size sensitive zone in the grain size-deformation curve. With the prolongation of heat preservation time, the sensitive area is enlarged, and the sensitive area moves towards the direction of large deformation. When the holding time is 5 h, the effect of initial grain size is basically eliminated.
