摘要
强力旋压工艺参数严重影响其成形连杆衬套的力学性能。为了科学准确地预测连杆衬套力学性能,本文在正交设计试验的基础上引入灰色系统理论。以旋压工艺参数作为系统相关因素,分别建立了连杆衬套屈服强度、抗拉强度与布氏硬度的GM(0,3)预测模型。结果表明:在回代检验时,三个GM(0,3)预测模型的相对误差均小于10%,模型精度良好。将两组外来数据代入检验时,预测结果相对误差依旧在10%以内。模型能够较准确地预测连杆衬套的力学性能,且建模简单实用,可为实际强力旋压参数的选取提供优化依据。
The power spinning process parameters seriously affect the mechanical properties of the connecting rod bushing. In order to predict the mechanical properties of connecting rod bushes accurately and scientifically,the grey system theory was introduced on the basis of orthogonal design experiment. Taking spinning process parameters as the system related factors, GM(0,3) prediction models of the yield strength, tensile strength and Brinell hardness of connecting rod bushing were established, respectively. The results show that in the return test, the relative errors of the three GM(0,3) prediction models are less than 10% and the model accuracy is good. When the two sets of foreign data are used in the test, the relative error of the prediction results is still within 10%. The model can predict the mechanical properties of the connecting rod bushing accurately, and the modeling is simple and practical, which can provide the optimization basis for the selection of actual power spinning parameters.
