摘要 焊缝熔宽是表征焊接质量的重要指标,焊缝熔宽的在线检测是焊接自动化生产的必然要求。采用红外温感相机对焊接过程中的焊缝温度进行实时采集,基于Lab VIEW软件开发焊缝熔宽测量系统。系统自动读取红外温感相机采集到的焊缝温度数据,基于相关算法计算出焊缝熔宽,进而绘制出焊缝熔宽实时变化曲线,以此在焊接过程中判断焊缝质量。试验表明,开发的红外熔宽测量系统可实现对焊缝熔宽的准确测量和在线监测。 The weld width is an important index to characterize the welding quality. The on-line measurement of weld width is necessary for automatic welding production. The infrared thermography camera was used to collect the real-time weld temperature during welding, and the weld width measurement system was developed based on Lab VIEW software. The system automatically reads weld temperature data collected by the infrared thermography camera, and calculates the weld width based on correlation algorithm, and then draws real-time curve of weld width. Then, the quality of welding seam was judged during welding. The experiment results show that the developed infrared weld width measurement system can be used for accurate measurement and on-line monitoring of weld width.
