脉冲频率对脉冲埋弧焊焊缝成形的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对埋弧焊焊缝成形存在的问题,研究了一种采用脉冲电流的埋弧焊工艺-脉冲埋弧焊。以Q235钢板为试验母材,研究了脉冲埋弧焊脉冲频率对焊缝成形的影响。试验结果表明,随着脉冲频率的增加,焊缝的熔深和熔宽先增加后减小,余高大体上逐渐减小。当脉冲频率为15 Hz时,焊缝的熔深熔宽最大,余高最小。脉冲埋弧焊可以减少咬边现象。该研究为脉冲埋弧焊开拓了广阔的应用前景,具有重要的工程应用价值。 In view of the existing problems of submerged arc welding bead formation, a submerged arc welding process using pulse current-pulsed submerged arc welding was studied. Taking Q235 steel plate as the test base material, the effect of pulse frequency on weld formation was studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of pulse frequency, the weld penetration and width of the welds increase first and then decrease, the weld residual height decreases basically. When the pulse frequency is 15 Hz, the weld penetration and width is the biggest, the weld residual height is the smallest. This study opens up a broad application prospect for pulsed submerged arc welding and has important engineering application value.
