摘要
目的分析中国八城市成年女性水产品摄入频次与血脂水平的关系。方法本研究数据来自2016年3月至7月进行的中国八城市成人营养健康状况调查。采用多阶段分层抽样法,获得来自8个城市的1107名成年女性调查对象,对其社会人口学特征、身体测量指标、膳食摄入和血脂水平进行调查。结果与摄入水产品每周不足1次者相比,每周摄入3次及以上者具有较高的血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(β=0.20,95%CI:0.08~0.32,P=0.001)、总胆固醇(TC)(β=0.15,95%CI:0.02~0.29,P=0.027)和较低的甘油三酯(TG)(β=-0.20,95%CI:-0.39~0.00,P=0.049)。淡水产品和海产品对血脂的影响存在差异。结论膳食水产品摄入对中国成年女性血脂水平存在显著影响。
Objective The present study analyzed the association between aquatic product consumption frequencies and lipid profiles among women from 8 cities in China. Methods The data in the present study were from the Nutrition and Health Survey of Adults in 8 Cities in China conducted from March to July in 2016. Using the multi-stage stratified sampling method, a total of 1107 female participants from 8 cities were surveyed. Information on sociodemographic characteristics, anthropometric measurements, dietary intakes, and lipid profiles for each participants was collected. Results Compared to participants who consumed aquatic products less than once a week, those having 3 times and above had higher low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(β=0.20,95%CI:0.08-0.32,P=0.001), total cholesterol(TC)(β=0.15,95%CI:0.02-0.29,P=0.027), and lower triglyceride(TG)(β =-0.20,95%CI:-0.39-0.00,P=0.049). Freshwater products and marine products had different effects on serum lipids. Conclusion Aquatic products consumption was associated with lipid profiles among Chinese urban adult women.
