Pretreatment of high-concentration wastewater from bromhexine hydrochloride production by Fenton oxidation-adsorption method

摘要 采用Fenton氧化-吸附法对高浓度盐酸溴己新生产废水进行预处理,通过试验确定其最佳反应时间、最佳药剂投加量及比例。结果表明,最佳反应条件:H2O2与Fe2+质量比为2.19左右,Fenton试剂中Fe SO4·7H2O和H2O2的最佳投加量分别为35 g/L和100 m L/L,反应时间为3 h。同时,经Fenton氧化并p H调回中性后投加钙基膨润土进行吸附相对于投加混凝剂有更好的去除效果。在此最佳条件下处理COD为37 600 mg/L的实际盐酸溴己新生产废水,COD降低80.53%,处理效果良好。 High-concentration wastewater from bromhexine hydrochloride production has been pretreated by Fenton oxidation-adsorption method,and the optimal reaction time,dosages and proportions of chemicals determined. The results show that the optimal reaction conditions are as follows,m(H2 O2)∶m(Fe^2+) is about 2.19,the dosages of Fenton reagent FeSO4·7 H2O and H2O2 are 35 g/L and 100 m L/L,respectively,and the reaction time is about 3 h. In addition,the results also show that after Fenton oxidation and readjusting pH to neutral,the removing effect of adding calciumbased bentonite for adsorption is better than that of adding coagulant. Under optimal conditions,the treated COD of the real wastewater(37 600 mg/L) from bromhexine hydrochloride production is reduced by 80.53%,having good treatment effect.
