基于生活传承的居住型历史风貌区保护更新策略——以南京大油坊巷历史风貌区保护更新规划方案为例

The Strategy Research on the Preservation and Renovation of Residential Historical Districts Based on Living Inheritance——A Case Study of Nanjing Dayoufang Xiang Historical District

城市化进程中,老城面临着建筑质量较低、风貌保护不佳、居民生活环境较差等问题。文章以大油坊巷历史风貌区为例,基于生活传承的理念,以实地物质环境调研和居民调研为基础,对街巷系统、建筑单体、基础设施、公共空间等方面提出改善策略,以期对居住型历史风貌区的保护更新提供新的思路。

In the process of urbanization,the old city is facing plenty of problems： poor construction quality,environmental degeneration and poor living conditions. Taking the residential historic landscape district Dayoufang lane as an example, this research is aimed at life and its inheritance. Based on the investigation and research of physical environment and residents, this research put forward the improvement strategy on street and lane system, buildings, infrastructure and public space, expecting on raising some new solutions to the protection and renovation of the residential historic landscape district.
