基于居住群体需求的经济适用房小区设计——以南京六合新城雨花庭、莉湖畔地块经济适用房小区为例

Design of Affordable Housing Based on the Requirements of Residential Groups——Taking the Affordable Housing Communities in Xincheng Yuhuating and Lihupan Block of Nanjing Liuhe as Examples

文章以南京六合新城雨花庭、莉湖畔地块经济适用房小区为研究对象。从经济适用房的居住群体特征出发,研究基于其需求的经济适用房小区设计方法。通过对住户实际需求和相应设计策略的深入研究,期望在今后南京以及各地的经济适用房或保障房建设中,能够切实的改善住户的居住环境,创造居者有其房,居者乐其屋的和谐图景。

This paper takes the affordable housing communities in Xincheng Yuhuating and Lihupan block of Nanjing Liuhe as research object. From the perspective of the characteristic of residential groups lived in the affordable housing, the research is focused on the design method of affordable housing district based on their requirements. Through the in-depth study of the actual needs of the households and the corresponding design strategies, in the affordable housing or low-income housing construction in the future of Nanjing and around, it can effectively improve the living environment, create a harmonious environment that the ownerships will be delighted to own the houses.
