摘要
近年来,伴随着工业化、城镇化的不断深入,兴化市的经济建设成果斐然,但水环境问题对兴化市经济社会发展的制约越来越明显。兴化市地处里下河腹地,市域水体处于相互连通的状态,水环境与生态环境的关联性极强,因此利用针对单一污染源或片区的污染治理方法难以根治区域的水体污染,必须通过一套综合性的治理方案实现水体治理和生态修复。文章以里下河地区的水环境综合治理为出发点,从可持续发展的角度提出一个综合性的治理思路,并通过3个方面的阐述,逐步形成一个既能破解兴化经济发展困局,又能全面提升区域水环境质量的系统性的解决方案。
Following the sharp development of economic society, although Xinghua shows brilliant effect in terms of its economic construction, the limit of socio-economic development in Xinghua by water environment pollution, one of the most noticeable uncertainties in influencing economic sustainable development in Xinghua, is obvious increasingly in recent years. Located in backland of Lixiahe area, Xinghua has interconnected water network. For the reason of strong correlation between water environment and eco-environment in Xinghua, treatment to single source or area of pollution cannot solve regional water pollution effectively. As a result, for solving pollution problems in terms of water environment and eco-environment, a series of comprehensive treatment strategies is needed. Begin with comprehensive treatment of water environment in Lixiahe area, this essay presents a comprehensive treatment idea from three aspects to gradually form a systematic solution that not only can solve the predicament of socio-economic development,but also can improve quality of regional water environment in Xinghua.
