摘要
简述煤质检验中标准物质长期稳定性研究的必要性,通过对2个二级标准物质进行长达26个月左右的跟踪研究以测量煤的易变量(发热量、挥发分、碳、氢)的变化规律,结合散点图分析及稳定性评估探究煤的长期稳定性的变化特性,从而探讨煤标准物质的有效期延展性。由研究可知,煤物理特性和化学成分分析标准物质在储存的第1年内其易变量(发热量、挥发分、碳、氢)的变化速率较大,特性量的数值随时间的增加而减小。在储存的第12个月后标准物质易变量的变化速率减缓,标准物质在第12个月后的长期稳定性(即有效期)至少可延长至15个月,即标准物质初次定值后的第12个月应再重新定值。
The necessity of long term stability study of reference material was introduced,through about 26 months follow-up study respectively for 2 secondary reference material,the changing low of variables(calorific,volatile,carbon,hydrogen)could be measured,combining with scatter plot analysis and stability assessment,the long term stability and changing characteristics of coal were researched,and the validity extension of coal reference material was discussed.From the research we can know,coal physical properties and chemical composition analysis of reference material have relatively big changing rate on variables(calorific,volatile,carbon,hydrogen)in the first year,the characteristics value decreases with time.After 12 months,the changing rate of the standard material variables will decreases,so the validity period could be extended to 15 month,but after 12 month,the standard material should be valued again.
