摘要
可选性曲线和重选分配曲线是计算干选机性能基础的指标,分选效率、可选性曲线偏差、排矸率、矸石带煤率和脱硫率等指标取决于设备分选性能、操作经验和原煤可选性。可能偏差(E_p)值为衡量分选机效率的指标,影响E_p值的主要因素包括原煤可选性、分选密度和入料粒度,结合干选厂的分选数据分析对常用干选机的性能评定指标进行探讨。由可选性曲线可判定原煤在某一分选密度下可选性的难易程度,并可提供精煤理论产率及方便分选数量效率的计算。通过分配曲线可反映干选的精确度,可能偏差(E_p)受原煤粒度、分选密度和颗粒形状等影响,可能偏差值越小说明分选精度越高,错配物越少。
Selectability curve and reselect distribution curve are the calculation dry selection machine performance indicators,indicators such as the sorting efficiency,deviation of selectability curves,drainage rate,coal-reserve rate and desulphurization rate are decided by equipment sorting performance,operating experience and raw coal selectability.The possible deviation(Ep)is the indicator to measure the sorting machine efficiency,the influencing factors which affects Epvalue are the raw coal selectability,sorting density and feed granularity,combining with the sorting data analysis of dry sorting factory,the common dry sorter performance was discussed.From selectability curve,the degree of difficulty of selectability under one sorting density could be determined,theoretical yield of clean coal could be provided,the sorting efficiency calculation was convenient,through distribution curve,dry sorting precision could be reflected,the possible deviation(Ep)were affected by raw coal particle size,sorting density and particle shape,the smaller the deviation,the higher the sorting accuracy,the little the mismatches.
