摘要
介绍了长沟矿选煤厂的生产概况及末煤系统的局部流程,阐述了采用旋流筛替代原煤分级直线振动筛的必要性,并探讨了相应的技术改造实施方案及入洗下限的确定,结合工程概算分析了技改后指标及经济效益。旋流筛对粘湿物料具有强力筛分效果,可有效降低末煤系统中分选进粒级矸石,产品煤发热量由20.46MJ/kg提高至22.54MJ/kg,在保证洗选产品质量前提下可减少入重介系统的细煤泥量,可减轻压滤车间煤泥水处理系统压力及提高煤炭发热量,为选煤厂创造更大的经济效益。
This paper introduced the production circumstances and local process of slack coal system of Changgou coal mine coal preparation plan,the necessity of using swirl screen instead of raw coal graded linear vibrating screen was introduced,the technological modification plan and feeding low limit were discussed,combining with the project budget,the indicators and economic benefit after modification were analyzed.The swirl screen has good screening effect for wet materials,the gangue which is selected to size coal in slack coal system could be effectively reduced,the production calorific value could be improved from20.46 MJ/kg to 22.54 MJ/kg,under the premise that ensure the quality of washing products,the fine coal slime entering in to the heavy system could be reduced,pressure of the filter workshop slime water treatment system could be reduced,the calorific value of coal could be improved,a larger economic benefit for coal preparation plant could be enhanced.
