产学研合作与企业绩效关系研究:基于动态创新能力的视角

A Research on the Relationship of University-industry Cooperation and Corporate Performance:A Perspective From Dynamic Innovation Capabilities

已有研究对产学研合作与企业绩效的促进作用进行了大量验证,却少有学者对其内在作用机理进行探讨。基于动态创新能力的视角,运用一手调研数据发现:产学研合作特征强度、产学研关系特征强度与动态创新能力正相关;动态创新能力部分维度正向影响企业绩效,即动态创新能力中的塑造能力维度与重构能力维度正向影响企业绩效;动态创新能力的部分维度在产学研合作与企业绩效的关系中起中介作用。具体而言,企业动态创新能力中的塑造能力维度与重构能力维度在产学研合作特征强度与企业绩效之间起完全中介作用,在产学研关系特征强度与企业绩效之间起部分中介作用。

Considerable evidence has demonstrated that university-industry cooperation could promote the corporate performance.However,there is a lack of research on its internal mechanism.From a perspective of dynamic innovation capabilities,the results of this study show that the cooperation characteristics and the relationship characteristics positively influence dynamic innovation ability,that the dimension of seizing ability and transforming ability derived from dynamic innovation capabilities positively influence the corporate performance,and that partial dimension of dynamic innovation ability has mediating effect on association between universityindustry cooperation and corporate performance.Specifically,the dimension of seizing ability and transforming ability derived from dynamic innovation capability have complete mediating effect on the association between the cooperation characteristics and corporate performance and partial mediating effect on the association between the relationship characteristics and corporate performance.
