对发展非公有制经济的历史考察--纪念改革开放40周年

Survey on the Development of Non-Public Ownership Economy from Historical Perspective: In Memory of the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening

改革开放40年来,我国逐步形成了以公有制为主体、多种所有制共同发展的基本经济制度,非公有制经济获得了持续快速发展。本文以非公有制经济的发展历程为主线,依据我国改革的五个阶段依次叙述了非公有制经济发展的历史过程,概括了非公有制经济的发展成就。依据改革过程在各个阶段的特点,我国非公有制经济的发展可以分为以下阶段:非公有制经济的恢复和初步发展;非公有制经济的全面发展;非公有制经济的持续发展;非公有制经济的持续快速发展;非公有制经济发展的新阶段。

Since the Reform and Opening 40 years ago, China has developed the basic economic system with public ownership as main body as well as joint growth of multiple ownership economy. Non-public ownership economy has been developing in a rapid way. Based on the development of non-public ownership economy and 5 stages of Reform and Opening, this paper gives a full account of the development of nonpublic ownership economy from historical perspective and an outline of its achievements. Taking into account the characteristics of reform at different stages, the non-public ownership economy can be classified into 5 stages as follows： restoration and tentative development of non-public ownership economy; the development of non-public ownership economy on a full scale; sustained development of non-public ownership economy; sustained rapid development of non-public ownership economy; new stage of non- public ownership economy.
